- Keep enjoying your current Thermomix until your new TM7 is delivered within 6 to 8 weeks
- Once your TM7 is delivered, submit your cashback request here (form available from 1 July)
What do you need to request your cashback?
- Your TM7 order number and order date
- Your personal details
- The type and serial number of your old Thermomix
- Your bank account number (IBAN)
After registration, we’ll send you a shipping box and label so you can return your old device to us free of charge. Once we’ve received your old Thermomix, €250 will be transferred to your bank account.*
Come back on 1 July 2025 to submit your request.
