Replacement part for the cutting disc of the Thermomix® Cutter. Performs 4 types of cuts: fine grating, coarse grating, fine slicing or thick slicing. The Thermomix® cutting disc has 2 different cutting faces with which you can either slice or grate ingredients. We recommend changing the cutting disc if it is broken or deformed. The cutting disc is dishwasher safe. However, we recommend cleaning the cutting disc by hand after use, under running water with a dish brush. This keeps the high-quality blades sharp for even longer.
